Welcome to our website where we, Downing, would like to share with you our proposals for 2 Armoury Way, Wandsworth, SW18,  including the construction of two mixed-use buildings comprising modern light industrial and commercial uses at ground floor and student residential accommodation on the upper floors.  We also propose an additional building accommodating further state-of-the-art light industrial floorspace and a welcome upgrade to the outside public spaces around the site.

We have been working with Wandsworth Council’s planning department to ensure we contribute positively to the Council’s vision for the regeneration of this strategically important site. We are now at the stage where we wish to hear from local residents, businesses and community groups and obtain your feedback on our proposals.
